Statement of Mission

Lutheran Senior Services of Sussex County, Inc. is made up of members of the four Lutheran Churches in Sussex County for the purpose of providing housing and related facilities and services for low and moderate income families and persons as a non-profit corporation; to identify and analyze housing needs and problems; to stimulate or develop an adequate response to meet the housing needs not being satisfied by normal commercial channels, to plan, construct, own, operate, manage, maintain, rehabilitate, alter, convert, improve, rent and sell housing and related facilities and services for low and moderate income families and persons on a non-profit basis.
